Douglas Paul Wolf
November 29, 1958 – April 13, 2021
Doug Wolf joined the heavens unexpectedly on April 13th, 2021. A brief illness that impacted multiple organs took his life here on earth. His spirit is carried on by his three daughters, Shelby, Nikka, and Mallory; his girlfriend, CJ Nelson; his sister, Melinda DeBruhl; his mother, Iris Jean Wolf; his best friend, Chuck Netherton, and an extended group of family, friends, colleagues and neighbors. Doug was known for his fist bumps, good taste in music, and befriending everyone he met. Doug, a longtime employee of Whitewater Building Materials, was also known by many as the “Mayor of Concrete” in Western Colorado. We know he’ll be enjoying whatever lies next - perhaps driving fast cars, inventing new dance moves, and reuniting with his late father, Ivan Paul Wolf. Please join us on Saturday, May 8th at 11am MT at Callahan Edfast to celebrate a life well lived. Doug’s favorite color was orange, in honor of him, please feel free to wear something with orange to his services. If you’d like to contribute in honor of Doug, feel free to donate to Roice Hurst Humane Society (where he got his big brown dog, Chester) or another charity of your choice.

My family lived a block away from Doug and his family for most of our growing up years. My brother's graduated from high school in 1977 with Doug. He was a nice kid growing up.

To the family of Doug,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Doug. The wife and I had the pleasure of visiting with him a few months ago. It was really good to see him , after all that time . We had lots of good memories in the past that I will never forget, Doug was a good friend. Please know you are all in my prayers,
