Elsie was born on March 17, 1943 to Carl and Mamie Warren in Vinita, Oklahoma.
In 1961, she met the love of her life, Fred William Bishop. On February 18, 1962, they were married. She is survived by her loving husband, and her three children Fred Walter Bishop (Michelle Bishop); Karen Marie Bishop; and Casey William Bishop (Tara Bishop). Five surviving grandchildren; eleven surviving great-grandchildren; and two surviving great-great-grandchildren.
Elsie was a Homemaker. She loved being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She had so much love for her family she would do anything for them. As she would say, "They are number one!"
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday November 28, 2022 at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary in Grand Junction, Colorado.
