passed away peacefully at Hope West in Grand Junction, Co. On August 13th 2026.With loved ones by her side. Born on October 18th 1955. Frances enjoyed arts and crafts, she liked to make necklaces and bracelets. She liked to corchet and do needle point stuff. She is survived by her Children Timothy Rowland of Grand Junction ,Tabitha (Rodney)Stowe of Orchard City, her grandchildren Timothy (Mikki) Rowland j.r. of Colorado Springs, Co. Robert Rowland of Grand Junction, Co.David Gerstenschlager of American Fork, UT.Daniel (Aspen) Valpando of Orchard City, Co. Rodney (Daniela) Stowe of Greer, SC.Her Roommate Ricky Patrick of Austin, Co. Sister Martha( Stephan) Schultz of Grand Junction, Co. Brother Howard Unselt of Grand Junction, Co.Sister Eleanor ( John) White of Grand Junction,Co. Brother Kirk ( Veronica) Otero of Craig, Co.And Her twin Brother's Ronald (Donna) Ducy of Augusta, Maine, Donald Ladson of Augusta,Maine.Her Aunt Lynn. As well 6 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

She is proceeded in death by Her husband Robert, son Doye, Mother Helen, Sister April, Grandparents, and several aunts and uncles.

Frances Celebration of life is Sunday, August 23rd At one Pm at long's family park The shelter is Walliam J on the Patterson side
