Gerald Castle, 82, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at HopeWest in Grand Junction, CO.

He was born in Palisade Colorado on January 6, 1934, to William Castle and Mary (Rich) Castle.

He was married to Helen J. Naffziger on August 14, 1953, and later divorced. From that union came Gerald's only child, Mary White, who survives him. He then married Jan Bauer and divorced later.

Gerald sold fertilizer for Ag Service around the valley for over 20 years. Later he worked for Morrison Refinery where he sold gas to most gas stations in the Grand Junction and surrounding areas.

Due to a debilitating illness, Gerald has lived in Eagle Ridge Care Center for 22 years.

He was preceded in death by both parents. He is survived by his daughter, Mary (Deny) White of Topock, AZ; grandson, William Williams of Grand Junction; granddaughter, Tracie (Don) Stadelman of Grand Junction; grandson, Jessie (Amber) Williams of Parachute and 14 great-grandchildren.

There will be no services.
