Harry was a resident of Grand Junction for 37 years. He spent his childhood in Cedaredge, CO and Hankesville, Utah. He was married to Georgia Fern Bowles on June 14, 1963. He worked in the oilfields. His interests included hunting, fishing, and being with his family.
He is survived by his wife of almost 54 years, Georgia; mother, Alta Mott-Ekker of Hanksville, UT; sons, Gale Edward Bowles of Grand Junction, CO, Rusty Lynn Bowles of Cedar Rapids, IA, and Cody Lee Bowles of Green River, WY; daughter, Penny Michelle Bowles (Kurt Roberts) of Mack, CO; brother, Alvin Robert Bowles of Redman, OR; sisters, Bertha Robison of Hanksville, UT, and Darlene Peters of Bend, OR; 10 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded by his father Harry Edward Bowles.
