Holden Chance Lutz, nine days old, died July 8, 2014, at Denver Children’s Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.
He is survived by his parents, Tyler Lutz of Texas and Kaela Jenkins of Grand Junction; one brother, Ash Lutz; and grandparents, Rich Jenkins of Grand Junction and Brian Lutz of Texas.
