Jack Warren Shumaker, 90, Grand Junction, died Jan. 1, 2016, at HopeWest and Hospice Care Center.
Burial will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
Mr. Shumaker was an accountant.
He is survived by his wife Lois; two daughters, Janet Viceri of Salem, Oregon, and Lori Adami of Denver; and one sister, Jeanette Mullane of Portland, Oregon.
