Janice was born to Otto and Esther (Bailey) Claussen on April 20, 1937 in Burwell, Nebraska. She spent her childhood in Burwell, Nebraska. Janice attended and graduated from Hastings College as a Register Nurse. She met Franklin D. Harrison and married on September 11, 1960 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Janice is preceded in death by her husband Franklin D. Harrison, who passed on February 2, 2004, and her parents.
Janice is survived by two sons, Michael (Karen) Harrison of San Antonio, Texas and Jeff (Jody) Harrison of Grand Junction, Colorado. One brother, Fred Claussen of Lutz, Flordia, and one sister, Norma Jacobsen of Omaha, Nebraska. There are four grandchildren to cherish her memories, Jamie, Jared, Savanna, and Remy.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 2:00pm at Trinity Baptist Church in Aurora, Colorado, located at 15555 East Quincy Ave, Aurora, CO 80015.
