Mr. Bell was a farmer.
He is survived by one son, Steven of Clifton; two daughters, Sharon Wright of Glenwood Springs and Sara Koetter of Clifton; three brothers, Jack of Clifton, and Robert and John, both of Las Animas; one sister, Barbara Sangosti of Cedaredge; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
