Jo-Ann Smith, 78, Grand Junction, died Sept. 3, 2014, at her residence.
A service is 11 a.m. Sept. 20, at 3176 Elm Ave.
Ms. Smith was a homemaker.
Survivors include one daughter, Franki Smith of Grand Junction; one brother, Stan Shaw of Denton, Texas; two sisters, Patricia Reaksecker of Eckert and Elaine Costin of Grand Junction; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
