

Visitation will be at 5 p.m. Sunday, with a vigil at 6 p.m, at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary Chapel. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Orchard Mesa Cemetery.
Mr. Garcia was a chief cook.
He is survived by one son, Ted A. of Grand Junction; three daughters, Elizabeth A. Rodriguez, Cabrini Stage and JoLynn Garcia-Tillman, all of Grand Junction; one brother, Louie of Pueblo; one sister, Connie Rivas of Pueblo; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Lino, beloved husband and amazing father, passed away with his family by his side on April 15th.
Lino was born in Pueblo, Colorado to Jose and Josephita Garcia where he grew up until moving to Mack, Colorado. He married Annie Vigil on June 3, 1952, and were together for 60 years until her passing on November 13, 2011. They resided in Grand Junction where they raised their four children and nurtured their grandchildren. He served four years in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War; worked at the Veteran's Administration Hospital for 35 years as Chief Cook; retired at the age of 55 to enjoy life by spending time with family.
He is survived by his four children, JoLynn (Sam) Garcia-Tillman; Cabrini (Otis) Stage; Elizabeth (Daniel) Rodgriquez, and Ted (Kristie) Garcia; grandchildren, Dominic (Brandi) Garcia, Daniell Garcia, Joe (Rosemary) Rodriguez, Manuel Rodriguez, Alex (Candy) Garcia and Ryan Schaupp; great-grandchildren, Tory Thomason, Sonny Garcia, Jose Rodriguez, Anicia Rodriguez, Ruben Rodriguez, Santana Rodriguez, Sierra Rodriguez, Espie Rodriguez, Sahkona Rodriguez. Surviving siblings include, sister, Connie Rivas and brother, Louie Garcia. Preceding him in death are brother, Tony Garcia; sister, Phyllis Mason; brother, John Garcia; parents, Jose and Josephita Garcia.
Along side his brother, Tony Garcia, who passed away Tuesday, April 13th , there will be a viewing for both, to take place Sunday, April 19th at 5:00 p.m. with Rosary to follow at 6:00 p.m. at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary. The funeral mass will be held on Monday, April 20th at 11:00 at St Joseph's Church with burial to follow.
All that knew and loved him will remember his beautiful Garcia smile and kindness. He will be cherished in our hearts forever and greatly missed.
