Justin Ward

Justin Ward passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on April 7, 2023. He was 46. He was born on May 14, 1976 to Floyd and Rhonda Ward. Justin graduated from Fruita Monument High School. At the age of 22, he entered the Strive Vocational program and learned many life skills. Justin was a baker and loved to make cookies with his friends and was proud of his work. Justin loved bowling, music, movies, gambling, and Special Olympics, where he won many awards. He is preceded in death by his mother, Rhonda; and brother, Cory. Justin is survived by his father, Floyd; and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Justin was a fun-loving and compassionate young man that left an impression on everyone he met. He will be missed by all who knew him, but never forgotten. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 25 at Callahan Edfast Mortuary at 1:00PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to HopeWest. Following the celebration, a reception will be held at notated address in memorial folders.
