

Kendle was born on March 13, 1964 in Hanford, California. She moved to Grand Junction,
Colorado with her family in the spring of 1966. She earned a Bachelor’s degree at Mesa State
College, majoring in Criminal Justice and graduated with distinction, Magna Cum Laude. She
was a mother, sister, aunt, niece, and grandmother to local family members here in the Grand
Valley.
Kendle will be deeply missed but now rests with her Lord and Savior. She is survived by her
Son, Brandon Wade and his wife, Shasta, Granddaughter, Aiden, Sister, Laura Luke, Niece,
Alicia Nicholson, Nephew, Bryan Luke and his wife, Caitlin, as well as her Sister-in-law, Kristy
Wade-Carroll (Minister) of Houston, who will lead her service.
A celebration of life service for Kendle will be held Friday, August 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Martin Mortuary. A committal service will occur at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted to put toward Kendle’s marker where she will
lay at rest near her Brother, Bruce Wade, Mother, Aida Wade, and Grandmother, Lucille
Sommerville at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
