Kenneth Leon Lumbardy passed away on May 18th, 2026. Ken was born December 5th, 1952, in Grand Junction, Colorado and resided in Fruita with his wife, Cara Lumbardy. They were married for 36 years. Ken enjoyed camping, fishing, cars and trucks. He liked working in the yard and making sure everything was perfect. He was meticulous. He often talked about the past with family and friends. He was friendly, caring, outgoing and loving. His favorite television show was M.A.S.H. He loved his dogs and his grandkids.
Ken is survived by his wife Cara Lumbardy, his son’s Jason Miller and Darren Mller, and his brothers, Don and Stan Lumbardy. He is also survived by his daughter-in-law Ashley Story, and his grandchildren David Miller, Karlow Miller and Kaylee Billings.
There will be a private memorial at a later date.
