Kevin Tuan Truong, 30, Grand Junction, died March 9, 2014, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Services will be in Westminster, Calif.
Mr. Truong was the owner and operator of a restaurant.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Luong; two daughters, Jadie and Karly; his mother, Tina Nguyen of Garden Grove, Calif.; and one sister, Kathy Nguyen of Garden Grove.
