Larry married the love of his life, Eva, in 1974; their marriage was later solemnized in the Chicago, Illinois Temple on March 9, 1985.
Larry enjoyed hunting, fishing, and exploring the outdoors; however, his main priority was his wife and family.
In his professional life, he was heavily involved in the construction and maintenance sectors of the nuclear power industry.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eva S. Combs, after 43 years of marriage. He often acknowledged that any success he achieved was directly attributed to his beautiful and loving wife, Eva.
Larry is survived by his sister, Susan (David Jabusch); Son. Dave; Daughter, Tara (Andy Gaede); Grandchildren, Emma, Kaleb, and Hannah.
A viewing at 10:00 AM and a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM will be held on June 5, 2026, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2542 G Road, Grand Junction, Colorado, 81505.
