Sr Master Sargeant Lloyd G V Rubidoux 
The Greatest Soft Ball Pitcher the United States Air Force Ever had!  Winning countless Championships .
Lloyd made the Air Force his career achieving the highest  U S Air Force NCO rank. Lloyd and I attended Grammer School and High School together,We joined the United States Air Force together, Lloyd elected to remain in the service and made the Air Force his Career, Lloyd served with courage, honor, dignity and pride .
Lloyd serve assignments around the world including     a combat zone, Lloyd earned 26 decoration Service medals which Included the Coveted U.S Air Force Honor Student Medal ( that ironically was presented 
Wednesday, February 4, 1970 exactly 48 years ago today ) by General Frank Everest, who made aviation 
History flying the X-15 to 3 world records, but Lloyd's
Highest achievement was meeting and marrying his
Beloved Clara and have his 2 Daughters Betsy and
Katy that would bring the biggest, brightest, widest, beaming smile ever when he spoke of them.
I left the Air Force after 5 years but stayed in contact 
Our entire lives.
Lloyd was my friend,my buddy, my pal, my mentor and confidant, but most important, I was proud to call him My Cousin.
You will always be remembered for your sense of humor, endless jokes and contagious Grin that would light up the room.
And ,I am also certain you have already started a softball game.
If there are any regrets that I reflect on is you were never able to fly with me in my Helicopter and share
My passion( I'm sure it wasn't your doubt about my flying prowess) saying this with my tongue tightly planted in my cheek.
I love ya guy!
