

Albert was preceded in death by his father Denton F Radford and mother Edith Carlton Dewitt and spent his childhood in California.
Albert spent 20 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, and also worked at TRW for 20 years, for the Defense Department.
Besides growing up in California, he also lived in Mississippi before moving to Colorado.
Albert was a member of a number of organizations namely: National Rifle Association, Wild Animal Recovery, Moose Lodge, Senior Citizen Center and Western Slope Racquetball Club.
He also loved dancing, pickleball, racquetball, soccer, softball, fishing, Irish street bowling, bike riding, but his favorite of all was hunting.
Albert is survived by his son David Radford of Oxford, California, his daughter Karen (Edward) Leonard of Soper, Oklahoma, 3 Grandchildren, 7 Great grandchildren and 1 Great-great grandchild.
There will be a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 1:00pm at Martin Mortuary, 550 North Avenue, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501
Memorial contributions can be made to the Senior Citizen Center of Grand Junction, Colorado.
