Margie Melissa Chapman Patterson was born on March 23, 1945 in Oroville, California, to LeRoy and Margaret Chapman. She spent her childhood in Table Mountain, California. On November 10, 1969, Margie married Brice Patterson in Reno, Nevada. They had two daughters, Pebbles and Hunnie Jean; and later came their grandchildren, Rebbeca, Alex, and Johnathan. Margie was a member of the American Legion for over 30 years. She was also a member of Volunteer Archeology, Rock Club, Moab Museum, and AARP.
Margie is survived by her daughter, Hunnie Jean; her grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Moab, Utah.
