Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary Chapel. Interment will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Craig Cemetery in Craig.
Ms. Rhodes was a medical assistant.
Survivors include three sons, Charles Blake of Boone, North Carolina, William C. of Clifton and David Mitchell of Rockville, Maryland; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
