Michael Perez, age 34 years of Grand Junction, CO, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction. Michael was born on July 12, 1984 in Denver, CO. He is survived by his loving mother, Patty Perez of Grand Junction, CO; siblings, Samantha Weygandt of Boulder, CO and Jamison Perez of Grand Junction, CO; and grandmother, Rose Ann Casas of Los Angeles, CA. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Perez.
