Michael “Mick” Thomas Reppard, a cherished member of his family, passed away peacefully at his home in Grand Junction, CO, on June 18, 2026, at the age of 82, after a courageous battle with cancer. Surrounded by loved ones during his final days, Mick faced his illness with the quiet strength and resilience that defined his life.
Born on February 17, 1944, in Elmira, Mick spent his early years working alongside his father as a plumber. Later, he relocated to Phoenix, AZ, where he embarked on a career as a long-distance truck driver, a profession he pursued with dedication until his retirement.
Mick shared many years of marriage with his late wife, Jo Ann, with whom he raised two children, Robin Michael and Jodi Lynn. He was also the proud grandfather of Leslie, Chloe, and Austin. Mick was preceded in death by Jo Ann and their son Robin. He is survived by his daughter Jodi; grandchildren Leslie, Chloe, and Austin; and his second wife and devoted companion, Mary Sebold. Mary shared Mick’s later years and remained steadfastly by his side.
A man of quiet generosity and a kind heart, Mick was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. He had a deep love for the outdoors and treasured the time spent hunting with his son and grandson—moments that created lasting memories for those who shared them.
In accordance with Mick’s wishes, a private family ceremony will be held to celebrate his life. May his memory bring comfort to all who knew him.
