As a devoted husband and father, he embraced his role with a passion that was unquestionable. Mitch's constant love and support for his wife, Lisa, was a beacon of commitment and a testament to the strength of a partnership built on mutual respect. As a father, Mitch nurtured his children with a gentle hand and an open heart, while imparting lessons of compassion, resilience, and the importance of family bonds. The way he loved others and showed support will continue to live on through Lisa and his children; Miles, Lennon, and soon to be baby Mikey. As the saying goes; heroes are remembered, but legends never die... and Mitch lived his life in a legendary way that he will continue to live through us all.

Mitch’s enlightening spirit extended well beyond his roles as a husband and father. His infectious laughter and genuine kindness created a welcoming atmosphere wherever he went and whoever he was with. Mitch was a true friend to many, who had a remarkable ability to uplift those around him by somehow turning ordinary moments into cherished memories that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. He had an uncanny skill of making friends in any circumstance while being a catalyst for a good time, which he sure enjoyed. Mitch would be one of the first people to reach out to show support and one of the last to leave to ensure that every minute he spent with someone was meaningful. His presence will continue to radiate throughout the many areas of his life and the ways we all knew him; whether through his love of skateboarding and snowboarding, his undeniable fandom to the Lakers and Dodgers, or his incredible ingenuity to build and do anything he put his mind to.

In our grief, let us not only mourn the loss of Mitch but also celebrate the beautiful legacy he leaves behind with his wife, children, and all of us. He will be remembered by the fierceness of which he loved, the youthful joy he brought to others, and the profound impact he had on all of our lives. Let us carry forward the lessons he taught us about love, compassion, and the importance of cherishing each moment with "one more drink."
