Okey Newton Rounsavell Jr. passed away October 15, 2019 at St. Mary’s Hospital, he was 79.

Okey was born on February 10, 1940 in Denver, Colorado. He spent ten years in the Airforce and thirty-eight years as an Air Traffic Controller in Alaska, Montana and Colorado.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing.

Okey leaves behind Joan, his wife of fifty-four years and sons, Joe(Michelle) and Allen (Lisa).

He will be greatly missed.

A committal service will be held at 10:00 AM, October 25, 2019 at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado.
