Otto was a masonry contractor. He served as an Army medic during his time in the military. He has been a resident of Grand Junction for 14 years. His interests include traveling, woodworking, and gardening.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Dolores; and his brother, Jim. He is survived by his son, Scott (Gina) Arneson of Grand Junction; daughter, Mary Barrett of Nipomo, CA; brothers Glen Arneson of Thief River, MN, and Milton Arneson of Fargo, ND; sister, Elaine Turner of Ross, MN; and four grandchildren.
