Pamela L. Lynch was born November 8, 1940 in Denver, Colorado to Hugh Morrison and Patricia Little. Pamela passed away in Grand Junction, CO on March 30, 2024 in Grand Junction, CO at the age of 83, just eight days after her beloved husband, Robert passed away.
Pamela met the love of her life, Robert C. Lynch and they married September 10, 1961 in Fort Knox, Kentucky.
Pamela and Robert were residents of Grand Junction, CO for 56 years.
Pamela spent her childhood as an “Army Brat” and graduated high school from Mascoutah, Illinois.
Pamela went to Adams State College, Alamosa, Colorado where she attained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education.
She was a teacher at Orchard Mesa Middle School in Grand Junction, CO.
Pam was a devoted family woman. She took immense joy in witnessing her daughters and grandchildren excel in band and athletics. Her love for them was evident in the hours she spent entertaining and playing games with them. A passionate reader, she was an active member of book groups and Sororities. Pam’s loyalty and kindness extended beyond her family, as she showed compassion to many friends. Her dedication to her role as an educator was unwavering, investing in her students for 30 years. Her impact on their lives is immeasurable.
A Celebration of Life will take place on June 20, 2024 from 12 noon until 2:00 pm at Eagles 595, 1674 US-50 Grand Junction, CO 81503.
Burial will take place privately.
Pamela is survived by her daughters Kelly d’Avella of Clifton, CO and Kristen Buckley of Grand Junction, CO; 3 grandchildren, Austin Magura, Faith Buckley and Riley Buckley.
Her husband Robert preceded her in death on March 22, 2024.
