Phyllis Pauline Guffy, 93, Grand Junction, died March 1, 2016, at Mantey Heights.
Services will take place at a later date.
Survivors include two sons, Donald Guffy of Grand Junction and Scott Guffy of Thornton; one daughter, Phyllis Mae Guffy of Las Vegas; one sister, Karen J. Dodd of Boone, Iowa; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
