Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary Chapel.
Mr. Maddox was a navigation specialist with the Federal Aviation Administration.
Survivors include three sons, David of Grand Junction, Michael of Poulsbo, Washington, and Andrew of Monument; one daughter, Gayle Ornong of Grand Junction; one sister, Joann Beckham of Springfield, Missouri; 17 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
