Robert E. Johnson of Montrose, Colorado, passed away October 3, 2016 at the Valley Manor Care Center in Montrose, he was 83.
Robert was born in El Dorado, Kansas from the union of Jacob and Cecil Cordella Johnson. He married Virginia Homedale and she preceded him in death in 2007. Robert worked as a Belt Builder for the Gates Rubber Company.
He leaves behind two daughters; Pam Rudell of Oakley, Kansas and Jackie Freimark of Montrose, Colorado, two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 7, 2016 at Martin Mortuary with a visitation time from 1:00 PM until service time. A private burial will take place at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
