Ross Sacco passed away Friday, November 18, 2016, at the age of 84, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born in 1932, to Louie and Cynthia Chiodo Sacco in Kenilworth, Utah. Thereafter, the family moved to Grand Junction, Colorado where he grew up with siblings Frank, Victor, Angie, Geneva, and John. Ross was blessed with four children, Jill McKinnon (Chuck), Cindy March (Myron), Cynthia Hanson (Fred), and David Sacco (Kathleen). He, along with his wife of 48 years, Arlene, raised these children into productive adults. Arlene was his caretaker and the love of his life. Ross is survived by his wife, all four children, ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Ross had, and will always have, an especially dear place in the hearts of his grandchildren. We know the Lord has lit the candles on his feet and he now enjoys catching up with his siblings and parents whom he missed dearly. A graveside service will be held Saturday, December 3 at 2:00 p.m. at the Orchard Mesa Cemetery, Calvary Section in Grand Junction. In lieu of flowers, the Sacco family respectfully requests donations to the Catholic charity of your choice.
