“Denise” Saundra Smith, 56, Grand Junction, died May 4, 2014, at her home.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Callahan-Edfast Mortuary.
Ms. Smith was a safety director for Oldcastle.
Survivors include her husband, Lloyd of Grand Junction; two sons, Daniel and Joseph Luttrall, both of Mesa, Arizona; two brothers, Doug Nearn of Memphis, Tennessee, and Bobby Nearn of Albuquerque, Texas; two sisters, Carol and Tina Nearn, both of Dallas; and two grandchildren.
