Charlie was born on July 21, 1943, in San Bernardino, California, to Allen and Sybyl (Pate) Richardson. She spent her childhood in Texas and Colorado, and later graduated high school in Craig, Colorado. She married Lewis Craig, and they divorced in 1966. She later married Gene Costin. Charlie was quite the dancer in her earlier years and was passionate about her work as a bartender. She was also an aspiring entrepreneur, trying her luck at selling several different household products. She enjoyed cooking and being in the outdoors- camping and fishing (even though she hated worms!). She will truly be missed.
Charlie is survived by her son, Les (Leslie) Craig of Mobile, Alabama; daughter, Crystal (Thomas) Garner, of Grand Junction; sister, Patricia Reaksecker; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gene; and two great-grandchildren.
