Theresa (Teddy) Blachley March 24, 1941– December 29, 2011 Teddy Blachley passed away December 29, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado surrounded by her loving family. Teddy was born March 24, 1941 to Bernard and Naomi Nieblas in Corona, California. She spent her childhood there graduating from Corona High School. Teddy served the City of Grand Junction for 26 years as a Deputy City Clerk. She was also a member of Faith Heights Church. Teddy married Thomas Blachley on October 7, 2006, he survives. She is also survived by two sons, Mark Martinez of Greenville, SC, and Chris Martinez of Conifer, CO; one brother, Paul (Buck) Nieblas and four sisters, Ramona Nieblas, Laurel Spence, Gaye Estes, and Gayle Six; four grandchildren and one soon to be great granddaughter arriving in March. A graveside service will take place Tuesday, January 3, 2011 at the Orchard Mesa Cemetery beginning at 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be left for the family at www.martinmortuary.com
