He was preceded in death by a son, Terry; a grandson, Aaron; and five siblings.
Survivors: Wife, Louise Atchley; son, John Atchley and wife, Keri; daughter, Angelia Cave and husband, Doyle; daughter-in-law, Debbie Atchley; grandchildren, Nicholas, Evan, Bailey, Wyatt, Kailee, Mark, Angelia, Eric, John, Kim, Shannon and Jason; and 15 great-grandchildren.
