Alfred Wayne Hollingshead

He was born on October 13, 1928 in Troup, Texas. He proposed to his sweetheart, Sarah Beth, after dating for only 6 weeks and they were happily married for 61 years. He is preceded in death by his parents Walter & Sena Laura Hollingshead and his great-grandson Joshua Hollingshead. He is survived by his wife - Sarah Hollingshead, son and daughter in law -

Jerry & Jeannie Hollingshead, son & daughter in law - Terry & Shelley Hollingshead, grandchildren - Ronnie & Heather Moreno, Justin Hollingshead, Kyle and Annie Hollingshead, great-grandson Quinlan Hollingshead, Brother - Vernon Hollingshead,

Sister and Brother in law - Velma & Jack Ritchey and numerous, beloved cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.

He was a machinist for 41 years and enjoyed hunting and watching the Texas Rangers. He was an active member of Inglewood Baptist Church in Grand Prairie and loved his family second only to his Lord. He was "Papa" to everyone

and will be missed more than words can say .Visitation will be 6pm-8pm Thurs. Aug.11 at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 10am Fri. Aug 12 at Inglewood Baptist Church in Grand Prairie.
