

Graveside service: 11 a.m. Saturday at Southland Cemetery in Grand Prairie. Visitation: 6 p.m.to 8 p.m. Friday at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home in Grand Prairie. In her early years, Alice loved going on picnics, horse back riding, swimming and going to church in Luckney, Mississippi. During her adolescent years, she loved horses, farm animals, chasing cows and going on church picnics with friends and family. In her early adulthood Alice was living in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was most proud of her three children. She also took great joy as a medical assistant helping others that needed assistance, gave of her time and her love to all when in need, (friends, family and animals) .Alice was a lover of animals, especially cats and horses. She was preceded in death by her husband. Survivors: daughter, Aniece and son-in-law Michael,; daughter, Marcia and son-in-law Jason; son, John and daughter-in-law Maureen; grandchildren, Matt, Michael Jr., Marcus, Aris and Austin ; four great-grandchildren, Alice's brother, William Ray and niece Teresa and numerous friends.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society.
