Bette May Beegles

“Bette May Beegles, Age 82 of Grand Prairie, Texas passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019.

She is predeceased by her parents, Donald and Laura Jacobson of Hubbardston, MA and her husband of 49 years, Charles L. Beegles.

Bette and Charles met while they were both in the US Navy. She was a homemaker for many years, raising four children with Charles while they moved from California to Maine and finally to Texas, where they eventually settled. Bette was one of those rare people who “never met a stranger”, she made friends everywhere she went. Her family and friends meant everything. She was a wonderful Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother and Friend.

Survivors include her Brother; Lonnie (Phyllis) of Florida, Her Children; Laurie (Stephen) Duncan of Washington, Linda (Art) Weatherwax of Texas, Clay (Lisa) Beegles of Florida, Lee (Rudy) Solis of Texas, Her Grandchildren; Lisa (Dimitrios) Arhontidis of Texas, April (Charles) Wilder of Washington, Ben (Candice) Duncan of Washington, Ruben Solis - US Navy, Cody Beegles of Colorado, Kristen Solis of Texas, and Her Great Grandchildren; Chloe Wilder of Washington, Ariston Arhontidis of Texas, Adeline Wilder of Washington, and Arabella Duncan of Washington.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 2:00pm CT - First Presbyterian Church of Grand Prairie, 310 SW 3rd St, Grand Prairie, TX.

The inurnment will be on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 3:00PM CT at the Dallas Fort-Worth National Cemetery for the immediate family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please donate in Bette’s name, to "Brighter Tomorrows of Grand Prairie", an organization she believed in and supported.”
