Billy was a hard working man and would help anybody in need. He loved his sports, the Dallas Cowboys, the Texas Rangers and bowling. Billy will be missed by so many.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Mills, daughter, Marcella Mills, sons, Billy Mills and wife Marissa Mills, Steven Mills, and his 3 grandchildren, whom he loved dearly, Zoe Mills ,Caden Coy, Ainsley Mills; and his sister, Marcella Box.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Billie Mullen, dad, Billy Mills, step-dad, Lee Mullen, grandmother, Nette Bell Sharpe and his brother Michael Box.
