Carmen was born on December 9, 1937 in Fajardo, Puerto Rico to Juan Sanchez and Maria Emilia Reyes.
She was a loving wife, devoted mother, cherished grandmother, and a true friend to all who knew her.
She dedicated her life to education, her favorite hobby was sewing and she also loved free shipping.
Carmen had a very loving nature, she was a devout catholic. Her personality, warmth, kindness, and sense of humor brought joy to those around her. Carmen will forever be remembered.
She is survived by her children, Juan Rivera, Edgar Rivera, Rick Rivera and Edwin Rivera and grandchildren who will carry forward her memory with love and gratitude.
Her family finds comfort in the knowledge that she has found peace and rests in eternal love.
We will have a private celebration of Carmen’s life at her home.
