David was born in Grand Prairie Texas, on September 1, 1993 to David and Veronica Lopez. He graduated from South Grand Prairie High School in 2011. David has worked in financial services all of his adult life.
David was the light of our lives. He was well loved and served as a shepherd to many.
David is preceded in death by his brother, Joshua David Lopez; his uncle, Orlando Lopez, Jr.; and his paternal grandfather, Orlando Lopez, Sr.
David is survived by his mother and father, David Lopez, Sr.and Veronica Lopez; his beautiful wife, Monica Lopez; maternal grandparents, Jesse and Yolanda Mercado; paternal grandmother, Mela Lopez; aunts, Corinna Matlock Williams, Yolanda Heigele and Ida Smith; uncles, Ramie Mercado, Jesse Mercado, and Joe Lopez; and several cousins.
