Funeral: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home in Grand Prairie. Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

David married Janet Fulton on March 4, 1966. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Then he joined the police department and became the deputy chief of the Fort Worth Police Department, after that he went to be the chief of Brookhaven College Police Department. He was a member of the Fort Worth Police Officer Association.
Survivors: He is survived by his loving wife, Janet Reagan of Joshua; daughter, Rhonda Hartley and husband, Todd, of Arlington; brother, Dewitt Wayman Reagan and wife, Sherry, of Garland; and grandchildren, Mallory and Joseph Hartley.
