

Dinah was born on September 15, 1925, in Manchester, England, to her parents, Dinah and John Wilson. She lived in England until she bravely immigrated to Louisiana as a war bride to build a life with her husband, Jules Ferrage.
Dinah was preceded in death by her mother and father; her six siblings; her first husband, Jules Ferrage; her second husband, Richard Norton; and her son-in-law, Bob Mulligan. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Mulligan; her son, John Ferrage, and his wife, Margie; her grandchildren, Kevin Mulligan, Kristina Nichols, and Jordan Ferrage and their spouses; her seven great-grandchildren; her two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous dear friends.
Known for her strength, witty comments, loving hugs, and resolute faith, Dinah was a beacon of strength for her family and community.
A celebration of Dinah’s 100 years of life will be held on March 9, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at Good Shepherd Church, 915 Old Straus Road, Cedar Hill, TX. A reception will immediately follow in the church hall. Interment will take place at 2:15 p.m. at DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
