Donald Doherty, 66, a loving husband, father and grandfather, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Dec. 31, 2012.

Service: 10 a.m. Saturday at Bean Massey Burge Funeral Home. Interment: Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.

Memorials: Donations in his memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.

Jenny, I am so very sorry for your loss...Donald was a wonderful man and you two had a beautiful love story. Cookie and Earl, you three had a remarkable bond and friendship, as loving siblings.
