Dora G Martinez

Dora G. Martinez arrived on Earth May 15, 1951 to parents Octaviano and Ancelma Garcia of Cotulla, Texas, in both of whom are now in Heaven. Dora joined her parents and brother Jesse in Heaven on August 14, 2014.

Her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was the love of her life as was her family, husband Ernesto Martinez; daughters Cindy Martinez, Irma Hope and husband Allen; grandchildren Chelsea Serna, Juan Serna III (Tre) also known as Rambo, Tristen Gilley and Meghan Gilley brought her joy everyday of her life.

Family and God was everything to Dora. Besides her husband, children and grandchildren Dora leaves behind brothers Octaviano Garcia and wife Diane, Arturo Garchia and wife Sharon, Ruben Garcia and wife Lisa; sisters Gloria Brown and husband Mike, Elida Brownie and husband Greg ”Brownie”, Elvia Cooley and husband Alan, Mollie Rodriguez and husband Ruben and Rosie Garcia, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The Martinez and Belcher family will miss her dearly as she was a part of their lives for more than 40 years.

We lost a beautiful soul but Heaven has gained a beautiful Angel. Her beautiful smile and quick wit will be greatly missed. We look forward to meeting her one day at Heaven’s gate. She will walk up to open the gate for us with a radiant smile and her great big hugs she was so well known for.
