She was married to Samuel A. Chenoweth on January 26, 1946. They were happily married for 62 years until he passed away in 2007.
Eva worked for Volvo White Motors. She was a member of Inglewood Baptist Church in Grand Prairie, where she and Sam were charter members. Eva enjoyed family gatherings, traveling, putting together puzzles, reading and painting.
Eva was preceded in death by her husband Sam, her grandson Jeremy Rosson, her brother Gary Buckley and her sister Kay Hamlin.
She is survived by her three children, Susan Rosson, Sam Chenoweth and wife Susan, Gary Chenoweth and wife Rene’; grandchildren, Jason Rosson and wife Shannon, Chad Chenoweth and wife Katie, Aubrey Selbo and husband Ben, Allison Adler and husband Aaron, Austin Chenoweth and Caroline Chenoweth; great grandchildren Ella and Jenna Rosson, Madison Chenoweth, Dylan and Meg Selbo, Kate, Tessa and Jack Adler and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A visitation for Eva will be held Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Inglewood Baptist Church, 1901 S. Carrier Parkway, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051. Eva’s funeral service will immediately follow at 12:30 PM. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 2:30 PM at Dallas-Forth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211.
