Frances Marie O'Neal

Frances Marie O'Neal, 75, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2023, in Peoria, Illinois. Frances was born in Dallas on September 6, 1947, to Chancy Ray Dodson and Viola M. Fowler. She is preceded in death by husband Roger O’Neal and her previous husband, Billie Ray Foreman.

Having graduated from H. Grady Spruce High School, Frances enjoyed a 30 year career in Accounting. Later, in her retirement, she drove a school bus for Dallas Public Schools. She was a member of the Texas Teacher’s Association.

Frances had a passion for music, art and, most of all, family. Her favorite duty was Grandmother. Frances is survived by sisters Becky Dodson and Carol Dodson; daughter Deanna Price, her husband Bobby and their children and grandchildren; son David Eckols, his wife Karen and their children and grandchildren; daughter Kimberly Foreman; son Billie R. Foreman, Jr. and his children and grandchildren; daughter Lisa Fleischer and her husband Joseph; son Phillip Foreman and his son and granddaughter; daughter Kristi Gray and her children.

A visitation for Frances will be on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth Street, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051. A funeral service will be take place at 12:15 PM at the Funeral Home, followed by burial at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75221 at 2:15 PM.
