Francisco Jose Guerrero

Francisco Jose Guerrero was born on December 5, 1934, to Francisco and Guadalupe Guerrero in Rio Grande City, Texas. One of 12 children, Frank had a lifelong passion for baseball. He played for Rio Grande High School until he graduated in 1955. Frank was an active member at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Grand Prairie, Texas for over 50 years.

In 1968 Frank married the love of his life, Isabel Aguayo. He became a father for the first time in 1969 and then again in 1972. Later becoming a grandfather in 2005 and 2009. Frank and Isabel were active members at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Grand Prairie, Texas for over 50 years.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Guadalupe Guerrero; sisters, Juanita Guerra, Concepcion Garza, Margarita Irene Guerrero Garcia, and Maria del Socorro Guerrero; brothers, Cruz Guerrero, Renato Guerrero and Guadalupe (Lupe) Guerrero.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Isabel Maria Guerrero; daughters, Patricia Guerrero and Carmen Guerrero de la Garza; son in law, Andrew de la Garza; grandsons, Richard and Diego de la Garza; brothers, Manuel Guerrero, Octaviano (Tavis) Guerrero, Rene Guerrero and Romeo Guerrero; grand dogs, Rufus, Rocky and Jack.

Visitation for Frank will be held Monday, July 11, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home Beltline Road, 2951 S. Belt Line Road, Grand Prairie, TX 75052.

With a Rosary to begin at 7:00 PM.

A Funeral Mass will occur Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 610 N E 17th St, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. Committal services will follow at 12:00 PM at Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012.
