Fred Arthur Steffey, 90, passed away May 20, 2017. Born on April 30, 1927 in Cisco, TX to parents, Fred and Reba Steffey. He was a World War II Veteran and served in the Philippines Campaign. Fred was also a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve. He was a school teacher, a band director and school administrator. Fred loved to travel with his wife, Barbara. He is survived by: wife, Barbara Steffey; son, Ken Steffey and wife Sarah Jayne Steffey; sisters, Laverne Andrews and Mamie Ruth Wilcoxen.
