Huy believed deeply in family, generosity, and finding a way forward no matter what life placed in front of him. He was remarkably resourceful - the kind of man who could look at something broken and, instead of complaining about what he didn't have, simply figure out how to make it work. That quiet determination became one of the many lessons he passed on to his children.
He also had a generous heart. Giving to others, helping those in need, and supporting charitable causes were important to him throughout his life. His Buddhist faith reflected many of the qualities by which he lived: compassion, humility, kindness, and the belief that what we give to the world matters.
Huy found peace in simple things, particularly caring for his plants and garden. He understood the patience required to nurture something over time .. to tend to it, allow it to grow, and appreciate it for what it becomes. In many ways, that same patience and care could be seen in the life and family he built.
He will be deeply missed by his wife, Suong Nguyen, his children Hoang Truong, Viet Truong, Nam Truong, and Vinh Truong, and the family and friends whose lives were made better by knowing him.
His family will remember his strength, his ingenuity, his generosity, and the countless lessons he taught not through words, but simply through the way he lived.
May the compassion and goodness he gave during his lifetime continue through all those whose lives he touched.
