When I first met Israel he told me his dream was to become a construction inspector for the city. Israel's dream came real! Israel didn't only become a construction inspector, Israel became a respected knowledgeable Lead Engineering Construction Inspector for The City Of Grand Prairie and is greatly missed by all his co-workers. Amen
